We loved this recliner chair. Extremally easy to assemble. All you need to do is snap in the back part of it onto the seat, connect the plug to the vibrate/heat control and plug the power chord to energy outlet. It is very comfortable on both positions, regular and fully reclined. Since the reclining system is mechanical and not electrical, there are no in-between positions. However, if you have a good balance, you can manage to find those in-between positions without applying strength, just by putting some slight pressure to the foot lift using your calves. The entire base is pre-built so be cautious if you plan on bringing it upstairs due to the heft. Still easier than bringing a whole chair upstairs but a good thing to note. The assessment is simple and took less than 5 minutes. I wish the armrests were taller and sturdier but I also like how plush they are. My only other complaint is when reclined without leaning back, the legrest is easy to push back down. I'm ~6'1" so maybe it'll be less of an issue if you're shorter. This recliner arrived today. I was looking for something sturdy and solid that would not overwhelm a room or swallow me when I sat in it. The heat and massage features got terrible reviews but that was less important to me than being able to sit comfortably with my back straight and legs perpendicular to assist with circulation. Based on the reviews, I was concerned that the chair might be too small. My chair must be made totally differently from those reviewers chairs because this one is incredible! It was delivered very quickly - ordered Sunday night, delivered Thursday morning by FedEx. I'm a 72 year old female at 150 pounds, it weighed 82 pounds, so I just opened the box on the back porch where it was delivered and removed it from the box in sections. It is well engineered for quick assembly by myself! Very solid and sturdy. Then I sat in it. OMG! Incredibly comfortable! I'm 5'5" and my feet are a couple inches above the floor, but by sitting straight against the back with legs extended it is perfect. I am in love with the additional features! The massage offers different options with Hi and Low settings. The Low setting is most comfortable for me. Heat is available on the lumbar area with or without the massage feature, and fits my lower back perfectly! I'm not crazy about the color, it's more of a dark taupe than a (caramel color) camel, but I love this chair! I highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Deceptive Measurements .. Buyer Beware!

I thought these recliners would be perfect. The measurements listed in the pictures are totally deceptive! When you receive the recliner, it is in pieces .. seat/bottom, 2 arm rest cushions and the back. If you measure each piece while unassembled the measurements are correct. The problem is that when you assemble the pieces the overall measurements are SUBSTANTIALLY SMALLER. Basically if you are skinny and under 5'5" this recliner is perfect for you! Then there was the return nightmare. It's advertised as being eligible for Amazon standard 30 day return policy but you have to deal with the 3rd party seller directly. So I did because I wanted to return them asap for 2 reasons: 1. They were way to small as described above. 2. They shipped the wrong color. I ordered brown and received gray. Their Customer Service was very prompt with all replies over the several days we communicated. I just didn't like their replies. They wanted me to pay to ship them back. I reminded them they advertise the Amazon 30 day return policy. They wanted me to assemble and take pictures of proof that the measurements were wrong. No that's their problem. I did send them pictures of the wrong color but they never did admit it. I had to insist several times that they issue a pre-paid shipping label and have them picked up from my home since that's where they delivered them. But in the end they did do the right thing and give me prepaid labels and had FedEx pick them up. They really do look like a very nice recliner for a very good price. I'll start first with the good. It's pretty comfortable. The heat function works fantastic. I love that the footrest, and the fabric that goes from the footrest to the chair is also heated. The bad. It is very difficult to lower the footrest. The back of the chair reclines back naturally, and the front of the chair is elevated. So you're fighting against the incline when trying to lower the footrest. If you have longer legs, you have to put your knees towards your chest, so that the back of your ankles dig into the footrest in order to get enough force to snap the footrest in place. I often feel like I'm slamming a door, but it's the footrest ๐Ÿ™„ The "massage" is just vibration. There's no actual massage rollers/balls. I would totally send it back, but don't want to have to load it up and take it for drop off. ... show more

The chair looks great.. it feels nice and comfy . But the age old saying you get what you pay for.. it broke on day 3.. and because I need a chair we have to deal with it.. I sat back and reclined and it broke on the left side.. other than that the chair is a wonderful seat... Very easy to put together .. It's size is nice. I think the seat of the chair is stable and nice. Massage feature works good as well. I am happy with the size .. again I am disappointed that it broke on the Third day and because of that I can not give five stars.. I have had my chair taken care of.. this company is a good one.. they fixed my issue fast and efficiently! Five star worthy! ... show more

This velvety soft recliner is well stuffed, and extremely comfortable. The vibrating massage and heat are an instant recipe for a nap. It's not huge, so it can fit in many spaces. That being said, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 6", as it might be short for your legs. I'm a 5'8" lady and it's perfect. I use it for my gaming setup with a lapdesk, and I guarantee no one games as comfortabley as I do! ... show more
