My first two soaks I did encounter a type of head high sensation with a little bit of dizziness but I suppose that's from the magnesium detoxing my body. That night I sleep like a baby though. Life changing!! I have officially moved over from regular epsom salt baths to these magnesium bath flakes! I did a few at home foot baths and I noticed a change in my energy levels! At first, I got super relaxed and took a nap afterwards but when I woke up I was re-energized and had lasting energy the next day. I also made a magnesium oil spray (magnesium bath flakes, distilled water and a few drops of lavender essential oil) - if making a DIY spray, be sure to use distilled water only. I love these magnesium flakes so much that I put some in a small ziplock bag to take with me when I travel (be sure to put it in your checked luggage if you don't want to be slowed down at security) ;) I take my small 1.5oz diy magnesium spray with me every time I travel - great for leg/foot rubs after long flights, standing on your feet all day, working out especially on leg days! ... show more

After using epsom salt for years - I decided to go right to these magnesium flakes instead! I sleep SO much better when I soak at least 20 minutes in a magnesium bath every week! These also can be used to make a lotion/paste to rub on the bottoms of your feet before bed. Great value for the money!

These magnesium flakes can be used in the bath and are great for relaxation. I used them to create a magnesium spray for armpits and feet. It’s incredibly calming, but it has a slight sting to it at first if you are deficient in magnesium. So patch test first and don’t use on freshly areas.
