The media could not be loaded. For starters, the customer service is amazing. My product was delivered to the wrong address and they sent me another fireplace stand asap. The product looks great, is sturdy, easy to assemble and IMO looks great. The heater works well. It won't heat up a large room but works to keep the chill away while watching TV. Easy to put together. Arrive with just the finish rubbed off on one leg. Was not a big deal. Decent heat output, flame looks pretty good. Only thing I wished it came with with black plastic hole covers for the holes in the back panels.

Bought this for my son and he loves it! He said it was easy to put together and it runs great. He has a small 1-bedroom apartment and it heats up the area in no time. Definitely gets the chill out in San Diego when it's cool outside and saves him on his gas bill. His electric bill didn't go up hardly at all either. ... show more

I love this console as a piece of furniture. It seems quite sturdy. It was relatively easy to assemble though. It does take about 2 1/2 hours. The fireplace insert fits perfectly. My only downside is I wish the faux grate had more color variation from the faux logs.

TV stand and heater arrive in separate packages on different days, so don’t panic if you get one before the other. Amazon only tracked the heater for some reason, but the tv stand arrived the following day. Easy instructions and set up; I did it by myself. I like the adjustable shelf heights (my internet router is tall and I’m able to stand it up). You can change or remove the shelves at any time without having to take the tv stand apart or use tools. The heater/fireplace was a surprisingly nice touch! Adds a luxurious and cozy element to my small living room. I like that if offers the option to have the flames on without turning the heater on - I like the visual! The heat works fine, but you definitely have to be sitting close to it in order to feel it. ****UPDATE***** I left the heater on for an hour and it set off the smoke alarm in my apartment. The maintenance person said it could be the oils in the heater that caused this. Unfortunately, I no longer use the heating feature. I just use the fireplace visuals. ... show more

Actually shocked, was thinking this would work for a house flip to give it some nice accents. But it actually is a decent unit. Heater works well enough and the fire has a good random system to it. Only gripe would be packaging. Would be nice to label boxes 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 since my boxes did not arrive together. The media could not be loaded. I did a lot of shopping around looking for a unit like this at an affordable price and that didn’t look cheap or feel cheap. I found this one with pretty decent reviews, so bit the bullet and purchased it. Waited about a week for it to come in (the tv stand itself and the fireplace shipped separately). It was fairly easy to put together too. Although, they shipped me the wrong color (which I decided to keep) I am very impressed with how nice it looks, how durable it is and the quality of the fire place! We've owned this now for a year and 5 months, and no longer works for putting out heat. When trying to turn the heat function on, the error code reads E3. It's a beautiful piece, but at this point paying $250 for something that doesn't do what it's intended to do is frustrating. Recommending to look elsewhere for the fireplace function.
