We use paper towels like crazy in our house for everything from cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms to using as napkins when eating. We traditionally buy Bounty but have used more expensive brands also. We compared these to Bounty’s select a size towels. Both are the same size (11x6 inches for a full sheet). Bounty comes with 143 sheets, Amazon with 140 sheets per roll. The Bounty sheets are softer, while these are a bit stiff. But for cleaning that’s not really an issue. We laid both side by side and put 1 TB water on each. (See pics- Bounty on the left, Amazon on the right.) Both absorbed the same; neither absorbed all the water; both held up equally well. No lint or falling apart for either. The one issue with the Amazon brand is they didn’t quite fit on our over-the-door paper towel holder. The tubing seemed smaller (the paper towel rolls are much tighter packed into a roll) and we had to shove the towels onto the roll. Minus 1 star for that design flaw, and for not being as soft as Bounty. Otherwise, if cheaper than Bounty, by all means these are a better buy. Not bad overall. ... show more

These are industrial grade papers towels, like the fancy stuff you see on television. One sheet will clean most messes without falling a part. I'm glad we were able to get these during the great paper product depression.

The description states 12 rolls of 140 sheets, but when opened we received 1 roll of paper towels for 27 dollars?! HUGE disappointment.

What was sent were stacks of flat folded towels...similar to what is used to re-fill a dispenser in a bathroom. Absolutely NOT what is pictured here.

The 12 rolls of paper towels I got are not what I usually buy, but in these days of Covid 19, I was pleased to get them UNTIL I got the first one wet. The smell is some where between stinky cheese and laundry left in the washer for a week. I wash my hands frequently and when I used these paper towels to dry my hands I had to go back and wash my hands again. The smell clung to my skin. My son, who can wear the same clothes several day, if I let him, will not use them. There is no evidence of the towels getting wet after manufacturing. I am not using them any more as this may be bacterial growth in the process of making these towels. ... show more

At 2.00 per roll, you would expect better when you purchase 30 rolls. Is this price gouging at a critical time ?.. I think so! I did not expect this kind of product at this price ! could have gone to 7-11 and got a larger roll than these for 2.00 ea. Just saying, It is what it is.

I bought these during the quarantine, so going to the grocery store was not an option. Amazon was out of Bounty paper towels, so I ordered these instead. They’re pretty good for off-brand paper towels - they actually absorb water! You might have to use more to make a surface completely dry, but I used them to wipe off the sink after washing my hands, so I knew that the residue would evaporate and somebody else would use the sink anyway, so it’s all good. ... show more
