I usually wear a size small in dresses. I bought a small and a medium in this dress and the medium was more flattering. The small showed everything. The length is great and the material is breathable. Great casual summer dress. 4 stars due to no pockets.

    • Smelly
EDIT: If you get/got a smelly one, hang it in direct sunlight for a day or two. It fades a little but at least you can wear it. I bought three of these dresses. The first was the maroon in large. I liked the fabric and how the dress hung, but the arm holes were too big. So I got a navy in medium, which fits perfectly and I love it. Then I ordered a medium blue size medium. It smelled SO bad it's unwearable. It's some kind of chemical smell. I tried washing it (3 times) and soaking it in vinegar overnight, but now it's just hanging in the garage, stinking up the place. Totally useless, unwearable, and a waste of money. Moral of the story: these dresses are comfy and decent for the price - as long as you don't get one of the useless chemical-laden dresses. I just received my dress. When trying it on I liked how it looked, felt, laid and hugs the body. So it’s a keeper. It has a lot of potential. With accessories you can change the look. It can be worn dressy or casual.

Well, I caved and bought almost everything in the line, figuring I'd return what didn't work. I love basic solids so this line looks very workable to me. For starters, I'm 5'8", 140-145 lbs, 36C-30-38. I usually wear a size Medium (or a 6) so that's what I ordered everything in. The colors are rich and the fabrics are nice and soft. Seams are well-sewn. Hems are straight. The fabrics are somewhat light, but not sheer unless you wore them too tightly. I will be hanging everything to dry so that I don't get any surprises. I will review all pieces here and just post this same review to each items page. Hopefully this will help you decide on what pieces to purchase. The Jersey Long-Sleeve V-Neck Dress didn't disappoint. The sleeves are nice and long, most companies have scrimped on sleeve length over the past decade, so this is a nice surprise. The neckline works well, not too low-cut. The fabric skims the body and the skirt has lots of movement, slightly longer in the back. I would highly recommend this dress as it can be casual or dressy depending on your accessories. The Jersey Short-Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirts (pack of 2) are what I've been searching for. I have had the hardest time finding a basic t-shirt that fits a woman's figure. With these shirts, I've hit the jackpot! Not too clingy and a feminine cut. The shoulder seams hit in the perfect spot and the neckline is just right. Definitely a great buy. The Pima Cotton and Modal 3/4 Sleeve Scoop Neck Tunic almost seemed as though it was from a different designer or company. The seaming around the neck is different, but not in a bad way, just wider. The length is great, not too long, and with a slightly longer back there is good rear-end coverage. The fabric drapes nicely and the sleeves are a good length. The Ribbed Long-Sleeve Scoop Neck Shirt was a little clingy on me, but I decided to keep the size M as I knew a large would be too big. The sleeves are nice and long and the fabric has very small ribbing. The length is long enough so that I can ruche it up a little around the waistline to hide any lumps and bumps. I love the scooped neckline and it's a very feminine cut. The Jersey Sleeveless V-Neck Dress is the only one that I'm returning for a size L. It was just too clingy in the hip area and showed every bra and panty line. I'm hoping the large will fit and not be too big on the top as it is a very cute dress. This dress was the first piece that I saw and I really wanted it. I like the hemline as it's longer in the back and split on the sides. My hips are not large for my size at all, I think this dress is just cut on the slim side.     • A Size XXL for a Plus size woman?!!!
Let me just say, I am a tough critic when it comes to plus size fashion. I was a little skeptical ordering the last size Amazon makes in this dress (XXL) for this plus size woman. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received this, Go Amazon Brand! Daily Ritual, Amazon's clothing brand, is very nice. I've ordered their shirts as well, which fit great. The material of this dress was luxe, very soft, stretchy, and breathable. It's really a perfect all season dress, including for the warmer months. The material is lightweight but not too thin or see-through, which is great for a lighter color (the color is accurate to the image). However, I didn't like the hem down the back of the dress (from the top to the bottom). That part of the dress seemed a little scratchy and I prefer dresses that are more seamless. So with that being the only issue, no issue with length/style/cut, I did return it. I would recommend this dress to anyone who doesn't have an issue with that seam down the back. And I would reorder this dress if it came without that seam as its super comfy and I could see myself wearing it a lot. I hope this helps :) ... show more
