  • Great planner

  • Extremely Useful for Habit Formation and Project Management.
Style: Soft Cover, 8.5 x 11 in
This six-month planner/journal is particularly useful for short-term, day-to-day use when you are trying to form a new habit and/or keep on track when working on a specific project. It is not very useful for long-term scheduling (in part because you have to fill-in the dates as you go since it is undated.) However, it's short-term, day-to-day features are precisely what renders it extremely useful. Look carefully at the photos. What you see is what you get. Quality is good. Large size is, I think, most useful. For me this is not the kind of object one should carry around all day. Keep reading and you'll see why. Best way to use it is to fill it in each morning in order to get a handle on what should be most important to accomplish that day, AND then to fill it in again at the end of each day and use it as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of the day and to plan better the following day. In short, this planner/journal helps you reflect... Smartphones and computers will better allow you to schedule events long-term (WHEN, WHERE, WHO), but this item can really help you understand WHAT you are doing on a day-to-day basis, WHY you are doing it, and HOW you can learn to do it better. One more thing: The paper is thick enough that my board tipped Japanese fountain pen does not bleed through. Do note, however, that I do not press hard when I write. I also used a medium tipped Italian fountain pen with no problem. I plan to regularly use a medium tipped Japanese pen and I anticipate no difficulty. BTW I just bought three more, two to give as gifts and one for myself when this one is fully used! ... show more

  • A Decent Planner for General Use
Style: Soft Cover, 8.5 x 11 in
The media could not be loaded. PROS: For those who aren’t too hard on planners, this is a fantastic value. I couldn’t find anything comparable within ten dollars of this price. The planner has a lot of similarities to goal type planners like Panda and Fox but without the cutesy inspiration and bullet style kind of vibe, so it’s great for those of us who like the goal model but want to be able to use something in the office that does not have a cutesy panda on the corner of the page. It’s basic, functional, and professional looking. CONS: If you are hard on notebooks and planners, this is not the one for you. It has an incredibly thin almost paper-back like cover and I suspect that the binding and glue isn’t going to withstand being tossed in a backpack or shoulder bag for very long. It works great for a tidy briefcase, or those who would use it mainly on a desk top but it’s not as sturdy as the other planners I’ve mentioned. The other con for me is the thin pages. If you are a gel pen or felt pen lover, the pages are too thin for you, the ink will 100% assuredly bleed through. If you color prioritize, you’re gonna need to use colored pencils instead. Pens are not your friend here unless you stick to the classic Bic. As others have mentioned, it might also be a good fit for those who are just starting out planning with this model and don’t want to start with a 40 dollar planner. Hopefully this helps you make a better purchase decision. ... show more

  • works perfectly for my needs
Style: Hard Cover, 5.8 x 8.25 in
This is a great daily planner. I like that it is not dated so that if there is a week here or there that I don't need to use it then it doesnt get wasted. I put in the dates as needed. Works perfectly. Should be cheaper though, it is spendy

  • TLDR; Gets the job done
Style: Hard Cover, 5.8 x 8.25 in
Honestly, I wasn't looking for anything super fancy. I just needed a planner to keep track of most things. This planner is undated, and put in the order of Monthly overviews, a weekly reflection, and your daily schedule (1 day per page) after all that. Some may not like the undated format and the order of the contents, but I actually quite like it. Sure, it's a little more work, but it works for someone who wants to pick it up at anytime. If I miss a day, I won't feel like I'm wasting pages. I can just keep going without leaving blank pages no matter the month. I used to use the Self Planner, and as great as it was, I found they would put the daily pages between each overview of the month. So, if you do nothing on the weekends, or happen to have a month that has less than 31 days, I would waste all those pages. Yeah, the planner doesn't feel super sturdy, but I only need this to last for 6 months. After opening it flat to write in it once, I can tell the spine is already coming off a bit and the glue isn't really doing its job. The pages are quite thin, but considering it's for 6 months and it's very thin and light, I don't mind it at all. It's also not the prettiest, but again, not really looking for aesthetics. Also it has telephone/address pages that I kind of find unnecessary, especially since most of us just put that info in our phones. It's simple enough, has what I need, and should do the job for a decent price. ... show more

  • Well-designed <3
Style: Hard Cover, 5.8 x 8.25 in
I really like this planner. The pages are good quality, no bleed through with water-based pens, nice to write on. The layout is perfect, with all the month pages, weekly pages, and daily pages bunched together. The weekly pages is great for weekly overviews, and the daily pages for day-to-day planning and notes. I appreciated the reflection prompts at the bottom of each week and day page (achievements and improvements). It’s good for 6 months, which is good enough to keep the book reasonably thin. (Also more months than some other ones on the market that are 3-4 months). I would keep buying this planner! But two recommendations: (1) up the quality of the cover and (2) vary the color of the bookmark ribbons. ... show more

  • Hate the Layout
Style: Hard Cover, 5.8 x 8.25 in
I was so excited to get my planner but the layout is so weird. The front has month, mid book has weekly and back has daily. It is hard to flip back and forth when I'm trying to use this planner. I would not recommend, despite the decent quality and hardback for the price
