Such a great idea for protection of a pet. The collar was strong and super comfortable for the dog. After about a month, though my dog comes in, and the AirTag falls out. Upon looking at the collar I noticed that three of the screws are missing and the fourth one is loose. suggest making sure the screws are super tight and maybe put some Loctite on them. The company reached out to me and offered to fix the situation even though it don’t believe it was their issue. That’s customer service! ... show more

I had a feeyar Dog collar, which my dog really loves because it is soft and doesn’t cause him to scratch. Most importantly, it has an AirTag in it, but wasn’t waterproof. Therefore, I purchased this new AirTag dog collar which, in addition to the AirTag is also waterproof. Additionally, it has a large ring which makes it much easier for me to attach his lead because he jumps around so much. This collar is also soft and I love the print on it. Appreciate the quality features such as the soft lining, heavy duty outer shell and fittings. Appreciate the extra set of screws also. The colors are vibrant and give the impression they will endure. The 90 day warranty is nice to have but considering the quality probably won’t be needed past the initial break in period. We ordered two collars for our dogs but can only put one into use right away since one dog is being boarded for training but he will get his the first day back for certain. I bought this for my Toy Australian Shepherd dog. He is about 20 pounds. He is quite strong and likes to pull when we're taking a walk. The size is good, and the collar seems durable. The only con was it would be nice if it had an extra ring to attach his name, rabies and county tag. It was a bit challenging trying to get them over the strap since it's pretty thick. ... show more

The collar itself seems to be a good quality, however that’s not the only reason I purchased it for. I wanted to use an AirTag with it so I could buy a piece of mind my dog would not get lost and I would be able to track it. A few weeks after the purchase I noticed one screw was missing. I wasn’t worried about it since I knew I had a set of spares that came with the package. I should have fix the issue right away cuz one day I noticed that the was no AirTag cap on the collar anymore as ALL the screws were missing now. I must say I haven’t been using an AirTag with this collar since I was planning on purchasing it a little later. So the only thing I lost was the cap and the screws. Imagine if AirTag was attached initially - I would have lost it. Now the AirTag feature is unavailable since the cap is missing. It seems to be a reoccurring issue per reviews. They need to find a better design solution in order for this not to happen. Update 03/18/2024. The sales rep contacted me and told me that they sent me an upgraded version of it. I love the product and how well the clasp stays closed and doesn't pop open. The case/cover for the air tags is great and I can keep track of my four legged babies but the problem is the collar itself wiggles loose. Once you adjust it, it should stay but that's not the case. It's happened on one dog once and the other dog twice where the collar loosens from playing and moving about and they have gotten the collar caught in their mouths and can't remove it. There are times when I've come home and they are flailing around because the collar is caught in their mouths. Luckily there hasn't been dislocated jaws but I can tell there is some discomfort once I've fixed the problem. I bought the small size but I have to check it periodically to make sure it didn't loosen, if it has, it's a quick adjustment. ... show more
