We bought this because we were intrigued by the thrusting mechanism part of this toy. We have many other kinds of toys that we use to prolong our bedroom fun but nothing that thrusts. So when we got it we were excited to try it. So after charging it up my husband familiarized himself with the different speeds/controls. The remote. After playing around for a while he suggested we try 'the thrusting one'. I was very willing because we like to experiment with toys but I had no idea when he inserted this how absolutely amazing it was going to feel. I think I had an orgasm within 20 seconds and then kept going for the next 10-12 minutes. I had no idea a toy could make me feel so GOOD. It hit every spot it needed to and even the spots I didn't know I had. The orgasm rating for this would be an eye popping 100. You might want to use this when you can be alone or alone as a couple (without others in the house who have ears such as kids or company), though, because although the toy itself is very quiet I found it very hard to be quiet while using it. My enjoyment took over and I had no control over my reaction. It made other things more enjoyable while it was inside. And when he took it out and we had sex everything was very sensitive because I think that toy hit nerve endings I didn't even know I had. It seemed to awaken me inside. It definitely made sex more enjoyable. Great toy. Outstanding toy. We're going to purchase another one just in case the one we have should break. A couple things: Con:the description says you have the option of using a phone app with this. No you don't. There is no way possible to sync up the app and the toy. I don't use it by myself but I think it would help with that aspect too.
