These seem great so far. I know some people have stated theirs came in a plain, brown box with no tag and they suspect fakes. Mine came in the original, blue Adidas box, with manufacturer tag attached. I have no doubts these are authentic. They were pure, clean white, in pristine condition. I’m a size 8 in all closed toe shoes, athletic, flats, boots. I followed others’ advice and ordered half size down. Great decision. These are plenty big with lots of room left for socks. They seem really comfy, for the short time I’ve worn them at home. I’m really excited about trying these out with all kinds of outfits this fall. Perfect. The real Adidas, definitely not a fake. Very well made and fits like a dream, a tiny bit loose at the toe but i can only appreciate that, it gets painful when your toes get squished specially after wearing for a long time so i went only half a size up i usually wear 7 most sneakers but i also thought half a size up for layering with some thick socks. Adidas have always been my favorite trainers, but I've not ordered them in YEARS. True to form, right out of the original box they fit and feel like "slippers". So comfortable and no "break-in" needed. I received mine from "ShopAKIRA". Totally original. I read that some people appear to be getting fakes. There are several ways to tell if the shoes you received are fake or not. I'll run over a few things here: 1) Look at the toe cap. There should be 6 dividing lines. On the bottom of the cap where the cap meets the "bezel" for lack of a better word, the "Xs" should be PERFECTLY aligned. 6 on the outer edges, 4 on the inner divisions. AGAIN, these should be PERFECTLY ALIGNED. 2) On the inside tongue of the shoe, the label on the originals is SEWN on - or glued in a way it will not easily come off and has the size chart for US, Europe, etc. The fakes will probably have a STICKER on the inside w/o this information. 3) On the sewn-in (glued) label on the tongue of the shoe, there is a serial number at the bottom. On the FAKE shoes, this number will match for both shoes. On the ORIGINALS it will be DIFFERENT for each shoe. 4) The fakes do NOT have the lace guide in the middle of the outer tongue of the shoe. 5) Look on the bottom of the shoe. On the tread, there will be an "adidas" stamped into the sole. The fakes will not have this. 6) Lift up the liner (insole liner). On the ORIGINALS there will be a BLUE base under the liner, repeatedly stamped with "adidas". The fakes will NOT. It will be white, gray, or some other color and composition. 7) The stiching on the outer shoe will be at angles and come to more or less a "point" near the ankle. On the fakes, the stitching is more of a "curve". "SUPERSTAR" and the outer tongue will be stamped/embossed in bright gold. You can feel the edges on the originals. 8) In the originals, the logo on the tongue and back of the shoe is EMBOSSED INTO THE LEATHER. On the fakes it is only stamped. 9) General workmanship will be comparatively shoddy. If they're real, they will feel wonderful on your feet. If not, check the other things I mentioned. There are also videos on Youtube for how to determine a fake. If you get a fake pair of Adidas or anything else from Amazon, return them IMMEDIATELY and make a complaint to Amazon. ... show more

Love these shoes! Super cute and fashionable and easy to pair with almost any outfit. I love how comfortable they are. These shows have become my go-to for when I'm traveling. They are great in the airport, on the plane, and while walking and exploring miles and miles of my destination. Some of the other reviews claim these are fake or knock-offs. I have no way of telling. These shoes are such good quality. There is a lot of heel slippage even after sizing down a whole size. No blisters on my heel from it after 4- 10 hour shifts in a week. The writing on the bottom inside of the shoe came completely off the first 2 hours of wearing the shoes. Go down a whole size when buying this. I wear an 8.5 WIDE regularly, i sized down to an 8 and they were still took big, so i sized down to a 7.5 and they fit good, my feet are wide so my pinky toe gets a little sore at the end of the day. I bought these shoes mostly for fashion so i never really plan on wearing them a super long time. I only wore them to work to break them in and they didn't really even need that. ... show more

So, as all of you browsing this right now know, that there is a HUGE craze over these adidas sneakers right now. I had wanted these shoes for months, and I tried to buy them everywhere. I finally resorted to online shopping, and, surprise!, all the shoes in my size were sold out. I had already looked at the amazon option but decided to not buy the shoe because of the outrageous price. I mean, c'mon, 150 dollars instead of 80 on the Adidas website? However, this was the only place that had my size, and I was not willing to wait months to have the shoe back in stock. So, I bought the shoes and am extremely pleased with the result. I absolutely love these shoes and wear them all the time. They are super comfortable and fit great as soon as you put them on your feet. And, I will answer some common questions. Love these classic kicks! Adidas shell-toes were a staple in my middle school closet. They’re just as fun now as they were then. The box was pretty much destroyed during shipping, which stinks b/c I like to keep them stored while not wearing them.
