    • A little pricey but a well constructed magnifier
Not often are Chinese products well made but this one is the exception. After experiencing dissatisfaction with several other less expensive models and manufacturers I decided to try this one. First, I would not call these microscopes, but rather magnifiers. If you looking for microscopic range magnification, you wont find it with these. The parts that are metal are made with good quality metal. The design is well thought out and works rather well. It has a geared magnification mechanism that is made from aluminum (this is what moves the camera up and down). It is easy to use but has some issues. The gearing is loose and does not mesh well causing vibration and “skipping” during use. There is a set screw in the back that resolves some of this but fails when loosening it to readjust magnification. Additionally the knobs used are rather loose on the gearing. The focusing wheel is large and has access on both sides of the camera, making it easy to “fine focus” with one hand. The picture on the display screen is adequate with abundant lighting. The base is heavy metal holding everything securely in place. Unfortunately, the base is polished metal and the reflected light from so many LED's causes excessive glare, however this is easily cured by placing a black or dark colored paper or cloth over the base. MOYSUWE should consider powder coating the base a dark color. Also, MOYSUWE is one of the few manufacturers that includes a LARGE, well written instruction booklet with the product making easy to assemble and use. They also include the required SD card, so no additional parts to buy. I use this device for soldering SMD electronics and couldn't be happier.     • Nice scope for coins
I'd like the scope to have a light directly around the scope itself. My other scope was like that but the quality of the soldering was subpar! I used to solder for Bunker buster bombs class 3 soldering and was IPC 610, 620 certified. So I know what I'm talking about.

I bought as a replacement for one that I misplaced. This microscope is far superior to the one I had before. It's an excellent value. It works very well and has powerful magnification. It all comes apart for easy storage.

this microscope works great and i asked the company to buy more anti glare shields since i use for electronics work i may melt it and instead of selling me some they sent me two for free great company definitely would recommend and buy from again

    • I love it but the usb micro already failed on it after 3 months.
Love this thing, it's absolutely great, but the build quality of it lacks luster. The USB micro to charge and pass through the image has already failed on it. preventing charging and video passthrough. Only works when giving constant pressure to one side. I tried a few USB to make sure it wasn't the cord. stands 7/10, pretty solid lights are a bit tricky to get to stay in one place but not bad. If you do get one of these I would recommend if it's plugged in only using it on the stand, I think hand-held while plugged in will eventually give the same results of a broken port from the strain. )^= ... show more

    • It was fine... untill.
So, I got the item for my US quarter collection. It's a great product. It zooms well, picture is great, takes pictures, charges in no time, and the extra lights work very well. However, in the short time I've had it and just after 3 charges, I noticed the USB charging port got very wobbly and wasn't charging correctly. I got a new cord to test with and then it happened. The charging port was missing! I took apart the display and noticed the USB port completely broke off the circuit board. It needs to be solder back on and I, unfortunately, don't have the tools to fix this. It "was" a great product, but I'm on the lookout for a replacement model now. ... show more
