First tablet that came had a blue line going through it, I had to send it off via Simbans warranty by far one of the BEST customer support I have ever dealt with quick reliable got the new tablet within a week refunded me the shipping costs. Great performance on this new tablet everything seems to work perfectly. Great product for a great value for those without a PC like myself.     • Yup. It's a tablet...
First and foremost I would like to say kudos to the seller, because this got to my house super fast. I wasn’t expecting it until Saturday, it showed up Thursday. Loved that. The tablet itself is pretty decent. It's got a bit of weight to it that for some reason I wasn't expecting. Set up was relatively painless, I just wish I could get rid of the massive Google search bar at the bottom of the screen. I have searched everywhere I could think of in settings to make it go away and nothing. Very annoying. I had never used Concepts before and initially I was pretty impressed with it. I dabbled with all the different markers and pens and ect for awhile, then decided to give the eraser a work out. The eraser in Concepts, for some reason, is absolute trash. It lags horribly, it is just not fun to use. The other program I tried was Infinite Painter. That is surprising very nice! Only downside, I have yet to find an "undo" button, which any digital artist can tell you is sometimes the only thing between you and hours worth of work being destroyed from one little mistake. I'm also having a hard time getting lines to not shake. Again, being able to draw a clean line when doing linework is important and so far I haven't been able to figure out how to calibrate the pen and tablet to reduce/remove the shake. Due to the shortcomings that Concepts had, I ended up downloading and installing Autodesk Sketchbook, which works amazingly well. I recommend anyone who is buying this as a substitute for the far too obnoxiously priced IPad so that they can draw easier, save yourself some frustration and download Autodesk Sketchbook. Other than that, yup. It works and runs just like my regular tablet. I do enjoy that it has pressure sensitivity for the pen, unlike my Samsung Tab. I dropped a star because of the less than impressive drawing apps and the inablility to get a line not to shake when it's drawn. If I happen to figure that issue out, I may give it 5 stars. ... show more

The tablet arrived decwntly and in good condition. Loved it include the software needed to start. Learning curve but if you want to start begin in art but don't want much of the supplies of brushes etc and something simplistic. This is it. My regret: the pen takes a literally_AAAA_ BATTERY and wish I bought 2 of them ... show more

I have already made some art pieces with this tablet, and it runs very well for the price. I think its a good value. Im giving a 5 stars because the customer service is excellent and were able to help me quickly with an issue I had with the pen. I am happy with my purchase!

Support is very easy to deal with and resolved the issue. They were going to fix the screen but due to lack of parts they just issued me a new tablet.

The pen that arrived with the tablet does not work properly. It stops responding at some points, which causes the pen to skip and make a gap in the line being drawn. The pen is unable to produce a straight line (drawing with my finger or a universal pen produces a straighter line than drawing with the pen it came with). The pen will also glitch at points and cause lines to come out with influxes, I compared it to watching a slow heart rate on a monitor where the line is semi straight at one point and then is suddenly given random drastic spikes and dips before evening out again. I tried restarting the tablet, making sure it was updated, changing the battery in the pen, as well as checking to see if it was possible to modify the sensitivity or recalibrate the pen (there wasn't a way that I could easily find). I also tried replacing the pen with a universal pen however it doesn't seem to be compatible with the tablet either. The tablet seems to register the new pen as a finger or a palm, so it's doesn't draw with it unless pen mode is off on the drawing apps, but at that point I am left unable to draw on it at all due to having to rest my hand on the tablet (the glove given to me in the box doesn't help). Pictures provided to show the issues better. Edit: Contacted the manufacturer, they should be shipping a new pen out to me today. I will update my review once I get it incase it was a faulty pen. Late Update: I still experienced the same issues with the new pen, though it wasn't uite as wobbly anymore. After talking to the manufacturer, they stated the tablet itself was probably faulty and offered a replacement if I returned the faulty product. However, as the return had to be done through Amazon's basic process of returning the item, recieving a refund, and then purchasing another one, I decided to just get a different brand all together with the money that was refunded. ... show more
