As a beginner in this arena, I was a little nervous and I think that my wife was a little skeptical. We were both overly cautious when trying to use it the first time--perhaps too cautious as I didn't really get a lot out of it. However, upon trying it on my own in order to get the feel of things I truly enjoyed it. I hope to get her to be more relaxed with it so that we can both enjoy the reaction that it brings me. The only complaint that I would have with the remote is that it is a little difficult to differentiate between the vibrate button and the rotating speed button. You can understand why a mix-up with that could be somewhat jolting: when you click on a button and you're expecting the rotation speed to increase and suddenly your butt feels like it's being electrocuted. That can be a little shocking. Other than that, no complaints with the design. When I had an issue with the device and a minor malfunction (the vibration mode stopped working), I emailed the seller to see what could be done. With 24 hours they were reaching out to me. Even though I was a day out of the Amazon warranty period, the rep from the company was more than happy to help a solution. Within two days I had a replacement on my doorstep (fortunately, in a decreet box!). A reminder: best to use a water-based lubricant on it. Otherwise, it will mess with the surface of the device. UPDATE: After buying this product 2 times prior the rotating head completely stops working no matter what. I bought it one more time cuz the third times the charm. NOPE. The rotating head stopped working in the middle of the first use. Tried fully charging it again, but nothing. The motor seized up. Do not waste your money on this poorly made-crap. So this is the best FEELING rotating prostate massager I’ve found. Vibrations are rumbly and the rotation is awesome. Battery life is eh, about 45 min to an hour at best. BUT, this product maybe lasts two uses and then the rotating head completely locks up. And then it is just a vibrating plug. I’m on my third one right now in the span of 2 weeks (I know I need to find a better product). The first one lasted a full charge, after recharging it and using it the rotating tip started to seize up. And would only rotate two to three times before stopping again. It would then only work if I smacked the hell out of it and then inserted it, but I’d maybe get a minute of use before it locked up again. After that the vibration motor stopped functioning. This happened within 3 hours of opening the product. Tossed it. Same thing happened with the second one. Let’s see if third time is a charm or this company just makes trash quality products. TLDR: feels great, until it inevitably breaks after 3 hours of owning it ... show more

Customer service is excellent. I had some issues with the device loosing one of its modes. They responded to all of my emails well within any 24 hour period. My initial email was very detailed in how the modes progressively went down. It was very clear they took the time to read it fully before replying. They were very apologetic and offered to send me a replacement immediately. This retailer response was one of my better experiences on Amazon. A five star performance, this seller is fully engaged on customer satisfaction. A replacement is now on the way. The product came in a regular brown Amazon box, the device within that in its own indiscreet black box. In the box there was the device, charging cable, small clicker remote device, nice little cloth bag and a small sachet of water based lube. The vibrator is a soft smooth black silicon as was the remote. Quality seemed impressive. The vibrator was already charged. The device is reasonably large and maybe not for beginners. I found that it sort of worked its way out as it vibrated and rotated, probably just better using it lying down. Best to fully relax for some time before exploring any of the vibration modes. Cleanup is easy just soap and water. All around, other than the issue with loosing some vibration modes, which the seller quickly resolved, it is now just time to get used to it when the replacement arrives. ... show more
