these floating shelves are sooo cute and i love them so much. it took a HOT minute to put them together (prob like 30-45 mins for me), but i can’t explain how happy i am to have them! i hung these once in my last apartment and re-hung again after moving, and they’re still great. the only con is that the rail around the bottom shelf (the part “holding” the L block, plant, and white block in) is a little bent and i can’t straighten it out no matter what i do. it’s really hard to tell, but it’s not quite level with the board beneath it (pic 2). i’m just a perfectionist so it was very clear to me when putting it together haha. nobody else notices it until i point it out, and i’ve begun to overlook it too, but just a little something that i wanted to add. ... show more

Very cute and functional shelves for a small space. They are perfect for the farmhouse look but they are a little tricky to put together. Also, they aren’t perfectly even, but depending on what you put on them, it may not matter.

I really liked that this was pretty easy and self-explanatory to put together! It comes with a little guide. We didn’t need all of the extra anchors or anything because this is pretty lightweight and will go in easily. I love how much space this let us keep in the bathroom vs. us trying to find a stand for the longest time just to hold tp and any other toiletries. This is a beautiful way to organize and definitely a space saver! Very happy with our purchase. P.s. we did not end up using the optional towel holder rack because we already have one in this bathroom - that’s why this may look a little different than the seller’s photos. ... show more

These shelves are serviceable, especially with decorations placed on them, and particularly if you and your guests don't look too closely. My shelves had mild splitting issues, cracks in the paint, and appeared to be slightly warped out of the box. None of that is especially surprising, given the price was pretty reasonable for floating shelves. Using my phone as a level, I hung up the initial shelf to use with my mini projector and some decorations we had in our hobby room, and it wasn't until the shelf was hung up that I realized the board was not at the same angle as the metal bars connected to it. After some bending and creative drilling (i.e. I bent the shelf and screwed it in so tight that it became level), the shelf looks nice and does its job pretty well. Just know that it may require some redneck engineering to get it to look especially nice and level. ... show more
