So I will be breaking this down in a few sections. Assembly: The instructions are not the greatest, but it was actually extremely easy to assemble. I would recommend having an extra person around to help to make it a bit easier though. Connecting the air tubes was a bit of a pain, but again, pretty easy. Comfort: This thing is great! I love the waist and calf compression the most, but as a whole, it provides a great experience. Better than the ones you see sitting at the mall. Price: It's actually incredibly cheap for what you get. I've sat in $3-5k chairs at retail stores and honestly could not tell a difference. Don't think twice. Buy it. Bluetooth Sound Quality: The sound is good. Not great, but good. It lacks bass, but it can get pretty loud. Connecting via Bluetooth is very simple. Great feature! Great chair for the price compared to other chairs I've seen. This was purchased for the wife after she was involved in a car accident. It was very easy to assemble and all the parts were included and in good shape. She likes all the different functions and the heating aspects. She says the back massage rollers are very relaxing but she is a bit too short for the neck massage rollers to hit the areas of her neck she needs it to, which is a bit disappointing for her. It would be nice if the Bluetooth speakers had it's own volume control but depending on the device connected, it's not a deal breaker. ... show more

Chair arrived and was put together rather easily. There are 3 pieces that weigh from 40-90 lbs so you have to be able to lift that weight. After assembling, the hip and arm airbags didn't inflate. I emailed for several days with support in an Asia time zone, so had to wait days in between to get responses. Responses were not helpful (basically refered to the manual which was followed to assemble it), and then stopped altogether, so ended up asking for a refund. Upon asking they said I should have reached out to them to fix it first! This was after at least 3 emails where they gave unclear instructions and I sent pictures back. They sent me a return authorization but asked me to pay for shipping on 3 very heavy pieces and that I would get reimbursed, since it was defective. Between putting it together, taking it apart and all the service transactions in between. Then boxing it back up for pickup,it felt like I should have been paid a weeks wage! As for the chair, had it worked, I would have kept it to avoid the hastle of a return, although the bolts didn't fully line up (so it was a bit unstable) too heavy and awkward to really move around, and the chair seat cushion was hard and not cushion-like at all. ... show more

We bought this chair for our parents lounge in our new gymnastics studio. Well, we will be buying another one because I have claimed this one for myself. It is SOOOOOO comfortable, I suffer from Lupus and have a lot of body aches and muscle aches that I live with most days. Oh My God this chair helped so much. The foot massager is a 19 on a scale of 1 to 10, and the air compression massages on the calves and arms feels so good. It even does your waist, your buttocks, shoulders, back, everything. It really is a whole body massager. Worth every penny (and it was priced pretty reasonably.) Will be ordering another one right away for the parents of our students. We bought an appliance timer for like $11 bucks and will be able to charge for a massage, instead of spending a few hundred dollars for a vending coin box. we plugged the chair into an extension cord and then into the timer which is located behind our snack bar counter so we can control the time. Just thought I'd share in case you were looking for a vending chair, which cost WAY more. Oh, and one last thing, it's bluetooth and will play your music! LOVE IT! ... show more

I purchased this chair. The assembly was relatively easy, although the instructions were mostly not helpful. Once it was put together, I got in the chair to massage my stiff back and neck. 15 minutes later I realize that this is one of those situations where you absolutely get what you pay for. I am 5'11" man, 200 lbs. with a medium build. This is important because I think the chair might work for people of a different build type. Unfortunately it's unadjustable. The spinners that are supposed to knead muscles do not move up and down your back like every other massage chair I've ever used, they're fixed in place, and they're unadjustable. The bladders that inflate are in the wrong place and also unadjustable, so they do not squeeze the right places. The back massager does not move up and down the back. It turns in place in a few spots, and it's not deep enough to massage the part of the upper back it touches. So it does a light sweep over the upper back. There's a spinner under my neck arch that doesn't touch and is unadjustable. The lower back gets a nice massage. The trapezoids get nothing. The shoulder pads are up by my ears and do not squeeze my shoulders when they inflate, they touch nothing. The arm bladders inflate around my fingers, not my arms, and do not squeeze my arms at all. The legs and hips get a light squeeze but nothing worth mentioning, and the feet get a little spinner action. That's it. There is no thumping action either. I tried all of the settings, and tried sitting on pillows, and now frustrated without feeling massaged and now I have to go through the trouble of selling it and losing money. Some buyers are saying that the seller has to "approve" of my return - I think that means it's not going to be returnable. (It was.) So, if you want a massage chair, I recommend you stay away from this. All this contraption really is is a chair with motors on it that mostly don't touch me. It's not a real massage chair for me. It might massage you, but for me it didn't. Edit: The seller sent me postage paid return FedEx slips and promised a full return. I am sending it back and when they refund me I will update the review again. Upgraded to 2 stars. Edit: The seller refunded me and I henceforth upgraded this to 3 stars. ... show more
