Thanks to the description and other reviews, the item was exactly as described and expected. And I will add that though again as described, the condition of this refurbished item is truly 'like new'. I don't see any evident scratches, blemishes, etc ! In addition, the packaging for the item was amazing ! The computer was so well protected with all of the bubble wrap, and other safeguards. My only small complaint is that the wireless bluetooth mouse did not come with a USB receiver - so the mouse is useless. But other than that - a fantastic item for the price ! ... show more

As a long-time Apple user, I have to say this is the most impressive machine of theirs I’ve ever used. I’ve been trying to do my work on a 2015 Macbook Air (I edit photos, mostly) and in comparison, using this iMac is like a huge breath of fresh air. It works super quickly even editing big batches of photos and running neural functions in photoshop. The features are useful and functional, the screen is a sight to behold, and it delivers the quality and function I’ve always expected from Apple. I also love the fun yellow color. My only complaint is that there is a big scuff on the base, but I’m not mad about it as the computer itself runs perfectly. ... show more

I was so excited to receive this product today, all that has faded. I've been trying to connect the mouse AND keyboard for an HOUR. It does not register it AT ALL. Neither of the ones I received are the magic mouse or keyboard.... I've tried with the USB also multiple times and neither work. Just ridiculous honestly. The instructions are also vague (directed towards the magic mouse & keyboard) and don't provide any important detailed information. ********* UPDATE ********** The keyboard never worked causing me to not be able to do anything with the computer - the mouse started working until hours later and because of this, I obviously wasn't able to do much of anything except TRY to find a way around this since the keyboard did not work. Obviously, I was not able to type anything to be able to sign in etc because of the faulty keyboard they sent not working. After hours, on my own accord, I was searching ways to either fix this or find a way around this. Neither of my other bluetooth keyboards would have worked because I needed to pair the devices 1st (which would require I actually be able to log in yet to PAIR them! But I still attempted it) . Thankfully, my technology skills aren't horrible so I was able to locate the accessibility options through the startup options screen. I was then able to pull up the VIRTUAL keyboard from THE computer and login that way. It was beyond frustrating to spend all that time doing this just because they sent a keyboard that does not work. The mouse was bad, disconnected often and thankfully I already had other mouses that do work so that was an easy fix once I was able to login with the computer's virtual keyboard to pair MY mouses to the computer. The computer itself works good. I will not be going through the hassle of replacing it because as to right now, it has worked (only reason I'm keeping it). But the ACTUAL point is, there's no reason to send faulty equipment. Other customers have received the right magic mouse AND keyboard so why is this not done for EVERY customer?????? Even then, I wouldn't have been upset if the crap mouse and keyboard they sent would have actually been CONNECTING and working properly (The keyboard is useless and doesn't work AT ALL with no device. It never worked with my iPad either, just useless.) ... show more

The computer machine is perfect; zero flaws; it looks good. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the disappointment of the keyboard & mouse that was provided. It came in good condition thought I was skeptical at first due to the condition of the delivery box. The device didn’t come in its original factory box but it was wrapped very tightly in bubble wrap. FORTUNATELY there were no noticeable scratches or marks. We will see how the computer functions! (The only major down side is the keyboard and mouse they throw in) UPDATE: The generic mouse and keyboard have crapped out after a week of use and I had to dish out money for a new one. I was hesitant with a number of bad reviews on refurbished iMacs and negative dealings with Woot (which I have a good previous experience utilizing), buying one of these. I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised and impressed. Firstly, the computer was packed in an Apple box, exactly like what Apple is famous for, impeccable packing. The unit has no scratches or blemishes and it came complete with a matching color magic keyboard and a wireless mouse. Thus far, the computer works beautifully and is super fast and would easily pass for brand spanking new. I will update this review if any major issues are noted with my continued usage. ... show more
