It is sturdy it won’t move on what you strap it on it can hold up to a 32oz bottle. And it has two pockets to hold whatever you want and it is big enough to hold up to a Iphone. And it is a great product overall. Definitely worth five stars

I've got POTS, so I've got to drink a LOT of liquids...and I carry a nalgene at all times to do it. No other carrier has been able to fit the nalgene (3.5" diameter), but it's just right in this one! I wouldn't recommend putting anything over that size in though. It's also soft, so I don't have to remove it when loading my rollator into the back of my car (or stress about it getting cracked). ... show more
