The only issue I have with the food dispenser is the food doesn't always drop down so I constantly have to shake it or use my hand to scoop it down into the dish portion. So far, it has lasted 19 days without having to be refilled!!!! The food piece is also fine if you want to offer unlimited food to your pet - it serves as a food bowl better for a dog.
