I originally bought the 6 piece U shape sectional, initially I was disappointed, it seemed low to the ground and cushions weren’t fluffing. Once we put it all together my opinion changed, it’s perfect for our basement TV area. We misjudged the size for our room a little so we ended up ordering the 5 piece u shape to add to to the 6 piece. It’s not too low to the ground, the cushions do fluff and it’s comfortable! Absolutely perfect for our teen son and his friends to hang out on for football Sunday or for me to lounge around on with a glass of wine and binge reality TV. The seller was also incredibly responsive and helpful. When one of our 6 pieces was damaged in shipping, they contacted me with the problem and kept me updated with shipping and tracking numbers. These come tightly packed into their boxes These use velcro straps to hold on the wood covers for the top and bottom and one had its ripped out, just stapled it back on with my office stapler One of the velcro strips for securing the cushion to the wood base is offset so it sticks to the lid. This means the cushion is not secured as it just moves the lid with it. Im gonna use some velcro tape to try and fix. I am using these without feet so the ferrets dont get under and tear up the underside trying to get in The couch is fine, the cushions fluffed up fine with the steam iron, though be careful my iron melted the liners a little. Its comfortable enough to want to sleep on. I wish the top cushions had velcro holding them to the back like the bottoms do for holding them to the box frame. Also these are short backs, you won't have a place to rest your head I was worried the attachable back frames looked too flimsy but those actually have metal in them so they are quite sturdy but still very thin so dont look forward to doing that couch thing you did as a kid where you ran up, put your hand on the back and hopped over, landing on the couch. the top grabbable part of the back here is all the cotton ball cushion so it wont give support for that. These aren't as big as I was suspecting. It is always hard to tell when these all use the smallest petite people to model their usage. ... show more

I was terrified to order a couch online, esp w few reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The gray color is nice, fabric is soft and comfy and not cheap-looking - bottom cushions plumped up great tho the back cushions are somewhat thinner… the couch is incredibly deep (which is what I wanted) so large throw pillows will fit/look great. Not sure how it will hold up long-term to everyday use, but it seems quite sturdy and I think will be great for our purposes in a 2nd home, rental property… Score! ... show more

One star review. I ordered this couch for our family room but decided to return it. My family and I figured that the couches were too small and too low based on other reviews. I see this would be a good couch for single people in a small apartment. Very affordable and modern looking.

I am so happy with this purchase! I have had this for about a week now and I love it! The pillows are very compressed during shipping so you must allow time for it fully expand to get the real experience. I also followed the video and used a hand steamer to help the process along and it worked great. The seats are deep and very comfortable. I fell asleep on the couch watching tv late one evening and slept well through the night. Normally if I ever fall alseep on the couch, I always wake and go to bed but this one is comfy. ... show more
