These are just magic erasers without the brand name attached. Great value for the money. They cost 20¢ a piece and work just as well as the Mr. Clean version (which cost $1 or more for one or two). The photo makes them look much bigger that they are, I’m able to easily store them in my linen closest with the rest of the cleaning supplies. If you have never used a magic eraser, you absolutely must try them. They clean so well. Fingerprints on walls? Wet a sponge and wipe the wall. No cleanser required. It will remove almost any smudge from paint. I don’t have kids, but rumor has it that it will even remove crayon from the wall. I use sharpies to label my Pyrex and Tupperware, and with one exception, it always removes it completely. Same thing with mason jars. Ring around the tub? These sponges got you covered. Little to no elbow grease required. Here’s a pro tip for dog owners that use stainless steel bowls for their dog’s food and water: you know how they leave a layer of slobber behind? And it takes some time to get it out using a regular sponge? Wet a magic eraser, and one wipe will remove all their sliminess from the bowl and they’ll have fresh and clean dishes with barely any effort on your part. The one downside is they tend to disintegrate as you are using them. I cleaned my fridge and freezer with one, but it wouldn’t have been much good after that as it fell apart. I use this Magic Sponge Eraser Extra Thick daily in my cleaning business. They clean bathrooms, walls, doors, blinds, fridges, and more. I use it for the hard grime. It would be best if you used it wet. Do not try to use dry because the effect will be different. For the tough jobs, I combine it with a degreaser, and it comes out really clean. It is cheaper than the name brand. It does not last as long, but for me, the price compensates, since I can use another one. I’ve bought another brand of off-brand magic erasers for years from Amazon and this time around decided to give this particular product a try because it was a couple of dollars cheaper for the same quantity. The photos make it look like it is wildly thick, but in person it is easily about half of the size pictured and is more like the size of a standard on-brand magic eraser. It is by no means what I would consider thick, but with that said I’ve noticed it does not break apart as easily as the previous brand I’d been using (which was just a tad thicker than these are). I use these to scrub mosaic shower floor tile and can get through the entire thing without it ripping, unlike the previous brand. They’re great for scrubbing but for general wiping off (such as cleaning our Tesla seats), I go through them way too fast given how thin they are so there is less “clean” surface area. I think I’ll be sticking with these for now unless I find another brand that is both durable and *actually* thick. ... show more
